All transactions on our platform are handled by Stripe, the most safe and secure payment processing system available. Your data security is extremely important to us, which is why we trust Stripe to manage all financial transactions and data.

When you choose to use our platform to create and sell services you will be asked to set up a Stripe account, which is easily accessible through your profile portal. This setup is crucial because it allows you to receive payments directly into your bank account. Without a Stripe account, you will not be able to monetize or create services on our platform. You will only be able to make a purchase as a Member/Customer.

When a purchase is made, the money goes directly to Stripe and then to the bank account you connected your Stripe account to. This ensures a secure and efficient transaction process.

Since we use Stripe for all transactions, there is a standard processing fee of 2.9% + 30¢ for every transaction. This is Stripe’s rate, and we don’t have any control over it. For example, if there is a sale for $100, Stripe will deduct $3.20 as the processing fee.

At TrackBandit, we have a platform fee structure designed to cover our operating costs and ongoing development, ensuring we can continue providing top-notch services to the motorsports community. As motorsports enthusiasts ourselves, we are dedicated to building a platform that supports and enhances your passion.

For services sold on our platform, TrackBandit charges a 5% platform fee. For instance, if a service is sold for $100, the platform fee is $5 per service sold.

The platform fee helps us maintain and improve our services, ensuring we can continue to offer you the best possible experience while developing new features to help you grow and expand your business. We have carefully scaled our platform fee to be fair and sustainable, allowing us to thrive and support the motorsports community effectively.
