LODGING AND TRAVEL-
It is the privilege of a photographer to be embedded with their subject. In doing so lodging with access to power and lockable doors (if not in hotel) will need to be provided or reimbursed by the Race Team to receive the best possible product.
Road Travel expenses will be billed at national mileage reimbursement rate.
Air Travel will need to be reimbursed up to $700 (combined flight costs) as well as rental car.
