Refund and Cancellation policy
Full refunds are not accepted unless the project did not trigger any billable hours for services rendered. If services were rendered, the deposit and partial payments will be partially refunded at a deduction of $120/hr for hours worked. All refunds will have a $10 transaction fee deduction.
