Cancellation & Refund Policy - B.S.C.C. Photography

1. Cancellation by Client:

72+ Hours Notice: Clients who cancel their session 72 hours or more before the scheduled time will receive a full refund of any deposit or payment made.

24-72 Hours Notice: If a session is canceled within 24 to 72 hours of the scheduled time, 50% of the total session cost will be refunded.

Less Than 24 Hours Notice: No refund will be provided for cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session.

2. Rescheduling:

Clients may reschedule their session once without any additional charges, provided that notice is given at least 48 hours before the originally scheduled session. Any subsequent rescheduling or failure to provide adequate notice will incur a 20% rescheduling fee.

3. Weather-Related Cancellations:

If weather conditions prevent the shoot from proceeding (as determined by the photographer), clients may reschedule without any additional charge, or they may opt for a full refund if rescheduling is not possible.

4. Refund Policy:

Deposits: Deposits made at the time of booking are non-refundable unless the cancellation is made 72 hours prior to the session.

Final Payments: If the session is completed and delivered, refunds will not be issued under any circumstances. However, if clients are dissatisfied with the final product, Brendan Colmyer will make every reasonable effort to address any concerns.

5. Photographer Cancellations:

In the rare event that Brendan Colmyer is unable to perform the session due to unforeseen circumstances, clients will be offered the option to reschedule at no additional cost or receive a full refund, including the deposit.
